Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe result is equal of what I got, doing it myself at home during the middle of the pandemic last year!The person who cut my hair was probably at his first cut: not able to use scissors, just barely the machine. He left holes all over around the sides and back. He could not shape the top and applied gel as it was glue to be used to attach a cardboard to a billboard. The line in the back is not even horizontal, he trimmed on one side on the neck not the other one!!! The right and left sides are not even equal! Tomorrow I’ve an important meeting and I don’t know what to do!!! The pictures talk on their own.When I made him notice politely that it was a disaster, he couldn’t adjust it and he didn’t care less, asking for the full price! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuemy experience here was wonderful from start to finish. the shop is beautiful and clean and has a nice laid back atmosphere to it. all the tools were sanitized before being used which i truly appreciate especially nowadays. my barber was fantastic and had my cut feeling more like a massage than a haircut that i would typically receive. i was impressed by everything i got to experience here, my barber was great and personable, the shop has a laid back vibe to it , and the general atmosphere was positive. The vibe in this shop is the best I experienced since moving to NJ 2 years ago. All the barbers have great attitudes. The conversations will definitely keep you entertained! Hydro Barbiere is in a class of it’s own in regards to local barber shops in the Hudson/Bergen county area. I’ve been getting my haircut by the owner, Carlos (Chaito) for over a decade and I trust no one else to do it right. The shop is a representation of the owner; clean, professional, sharp, and innovative. Not only do I trust him with my hair, but I took my son there for his first haircut and at now almost 5 years old no one else has ever touched his hair.
