First of all, the people that work there are some of the nicest people I have ever met. 5 stars alone for that. I hadn’t ever had any skincare treatments before, as I don’t normally spend money on something that only benefits myself. So I was very out of my element showing up for my Scarlet treatment. I should never have worried, every single staff member that I interacted with made me feel so comfortable, and made me feel like part of the group. I have gotten such individualized care and attention, that even though I have only been twice, I feel like a regular. They are always looking to benefit their clients/patients, each time I went they had something new to make the procedure more comfortable. They all have a very gentle approach, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. They are very quick and efficient, at least with the Scarlet treatment, without making you feel rushed through. If you want to take care of yourself at a place that actually cares about you – Hydration IV is the place to go.

I highly recommend this place for IV treatments. They have an educated staff with great bedside mannerisms. The second time I went for IV therapy (with no appointment), the people at the front desk knew my name and my previous IV treatment. It is also incredibly organized and sanitary.
