Critical: ProfessionalismAdded one star for the concept. This operator ruined our experience. Here is how:So my wife was sick for a week, fever, no food – negative cv19 test. Took another cv test yesterday to recheck but results not back yet. Keep in mind this servoce requires just a one minute needle poke of exposure; no coughing or congestion, 24 hrs since mild fever (99), mask on. With all this info and a very weak customer in desperate need of a nutritional kickstart in front of them, they turned us away saying to come back with a negative test result. Said if we hadn’t mentioned the 2nd covid test they would have treated us. With any other ailment, they would have treated us. She said had we lied they would have treated us. With ‘Medical” in the name you would think the MD who made the call to refuse us treatment would tweak policy to help those who cant eat or take a vitamin – IOW, people who really need their service.Added one star for the concept. This was my first time trying out an IV drip and I chose Hydrate Medical after reading their reviews and checking out the website. The location was easy to find and the check in was super easy. They let me upgrade my drip for $20 as a new client and I was able to get a $179 drip for $99, so I thought that was a really good deal! Britannia took care of me and she was great! She offered me a seat in a lounger chair, offered me water and got started. I was a little nervous because I don’t have the greatest veins, but she was able to get a 20g in me without any issues and on the first stick! Great job! The drip itself only took about half an hour to totally infuse, and I was out of there within about 45 minutes total. They didn’t push any monthly packages on me for the membership thing, which I was really happy about because I find that to be super annoying. I really enjoyed the experience and I would definitely go again! I felt great after the drip and I’m interested to see how the hydration contributes to my overall health in the next few months!
