When a customer has an issue and they come back in to have it fixed and you turn them away… unprofessional, especially when it is a loyal, excellent tipper and consistent customer. Very poor business practice to treat loyal customers that way. Manicure, Acrylic nails, Pedicure

The staff was very kind and took a group of six of us almost right away although it was super busy and we didn’t have reservations. Staff used a clean set of tools and kept the area clean! Good prices and quick and efficient!

Terrible experience they demand you give them a tip also I got ANC dip powder that lasted two days because she did not dip my nails enough which made them thin and crack easily do not go there they are rude and get mad when you don’t give them a tip because of terrible services

I called multiple salons to see their prices on gel pedicures and just so happend to go to hyde park because they said it was $40 on the phone, i get there, wait about 45 minutes and get the service done only for them to tell my the service would cost $55 at the end which made no sense as i made the appointment beforehand for a GEL PEDICURE ONLY. she claimed that because i “chose a crystal spa” it would be $40 plus $15 for gel which first off i only chose the crystal because it said 40 which was the sole reason why i went to the salon. she told me $40 over the phone so i went for the $40 on the little menu she gave to me. she did not listen to my point of view when explaining this to her and mentioned other customers pay 70 for pedicures which have nothing to do with my scenario. Tools weren’t cleaned properly they just clean them with the same water i had my toes in for an hour. i know next time not to come here because you get played and end up having to pay more for absolutely no reason.

They were very nice, very clean salon. I got a full set. My right hand came out good but my left hand not so great especially the thumb. It’s bumpy and not smooth. I was left with alot of dried glue on my fingers. Some missing nail polish on the edges. Acrylic nails

The environment is extremely clean and the employees are very professional. I really liked the fact that each time i’ve gone I was asked if I was satisfied with my nails before I left.
