I have always liked this nail salon a lot, but the last 2 times were not good. I just had a pedicure done and it was HORRIBLE. I am so disappointed. Not only did they cut me twice to where my toes bled (being a diabetic, thats not good), but the girl was so busy participating in the conversation of the people next to me that she did a horrible job! The cuticles were not treated properly, the nails were poorly trimmed and to top it off, the polish was so sloppy that I will be redoing it when I return home. This is very disappointing because this was my go to place, but not anymore.

Critical: QualityI asked to have my gel nails removed. They did not remove the tips or the gel. The girl simply filed my nails down which actually left the mail so weak that they started breaking away soon after I got home. 3 of my nails broke and ripped my natural nails off to the nub causing bleeding and now I am in severe pain. I had to soak the gel off myself – which led to such pain since they filed it down and weakened my natural nails. I will never ever ever go here! This was boarderline abuse!!! I move to Meriden about 5 months ago, the fist visit was extremely pleasant. I literally love this place they’re super friendly and the salon is very clean. I get my nails done by Lady I usually get gel manicure and believe me they las more than 3 weeks. She’s the best. I truly recommend this salon. Pedicure, Manicure, Back massages, Gel manicures

Friendly staff, excellent service. I walked in for a pedicure and they had a spot right away. Ana was very gentle and thorough, making sure everything was perfect before I left. I see people complaining about the prices but hey, you basically get a full body massage in addition to being rubbed down with real aloe plants and hot rocks (this is the basic pedicure). Thank you Hyacinth for your wonderful service!
