WARNING Do not go here! Absolutely the worst service ever. If you are contemplating using them think twice. They promoted an incompetent technician to “store manager”, a scary tyrant named Liz. She had switched my technician who was Alejandra to herself, without my consent, or without even asking or advising me beforehand. I was upset by this and asked her why she did this and additionally I had advised her that I preferred the way the other technician did my lashes. She then refused to do my eyelashes! I had to go somewhere that evening so I asked another technician named Sandra to do my eyes who said yes and that she would do my lashes. I proceeded to lay down to get my lashes done and Liz stormed in the room. She told me that Sandra had to go home which was a lie as I understood the conversation when they spoke in Spanish and I then I understood when Sandra and Liz conversed in Spanish, that Sandra told Liz that she was in fact able to do my lashes. Perpetrating lies to suit her own personal agenda is not the behavior that a manager should exert, correct? I kept asking Liz nicely to let Sandra do my eyes and she repeatedly said no because she did not like my attitude! Apparently she was the teacher and I was the school child, or at least that was the power trip she was on. I tried to video her on my phone (of which I have a little footage) and she slammed a door in my face! I’ve never been so humiliated and mistreated in my life. I was in shock. The Management and owners are completely absent there. There has never been a receptionist. The only way to contact management is to text. They don’t answer their phone. I texted management over and over and over for several days and they never responded to me. I further advised them not to charge my credit card and guess what? They tried to charge my credit card a couple of days later! Clearly they don’t care anything about their customers only the money.

I had my eyelashes done yesterday, it’s so ugly. There is a lot of white glue in my lashes, it wouldn’t come off even if i washed it. Soo unhappy.
