Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called to see if they had any appointments for that day. The person who answered the phone was rude and never answered my question on if there was any available appointments. She asked what time I was requesting even though I was asking if they had any availabilities. When I gave a more specific time she told me someone would call me back in an hour. She asked what time I was requesting even though I was asking if they had any availabilities. When I gave a more specific time she told me someone would call me back in an hour.
