Poor customer service. Lashes were ok but consultants can be rude if they don’t believe that you’re using the their lash serum when your lashes start shedding. The beds are also uncomfortable but you get what you pay for. Pay attention to your bank statements as well, the 6 month membership doesn’t stop charging your account automatically if you pay for it in installments. A consultant told me it expired and then when I found that they continued to charge me without any services used, they wouldn’t refund.
