I had my first appointment ever for lashes today I was supposed to see Reagan at 4:50pm. I messaged her throughout the day because she had a cancellation and wanted me to come in early. I was at work in Battle Creek but said I would come straight from work. I texted her at 4:48 that I was running a few minutes late due to traffic but would be there within 10 minutes. I pulled into the driveway at 4:57 and got a text back from her saying I needed to reschedule. I was 7 minutes late?!?! I waited over 2 weeks to get in with her. I called and after several phone games I will call the supervisor back Monday morning at 905am. I will take my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do the same.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have had 2 people quit and was told I had to pay for a full lashes instead of a relash due to my lashes having fallen out because I couldn’t get in for another two weeks because they have no openings. Then I had an appointment last week she canceled it so I rescheduled for a few days later with someone else who also canceled. So disappointed we pay a membership and 40 every time and I can’t even get in due to their scheduling. I have had 2 people quit and was told I had to pay for a full lashes instead of a relash due to my lashes having fallen out because I couldn’t get in for another two weeks because they have no openings. Then I had an appointment last week she canceled it so I rescheduled for a few days later with someone else who also canceled. I had a full set of lashes done on July 11th with Brandy. The appointment went so well that I scheduled the fill for August 3rd while I was there! Within the first week my lashes began to fall out, but that was to be expected as this was my first time having eyelash extensions done. On August 2nd, I received the email confirmation for my appointment. The following morning, the day of my refill appointment, I received a call from Brandy at 8am asking if I was “showing up for my appointment?” I felt very confused but explained yes I will be there at 4pm. She then asked how my lashes were doing and I explained that they all fell out in the first week or so. Her response was quite candid, “well then I will have to charge you as a full set because it has been just over 4 weeks since you were here.” As I was completely taken aback by her response, I asked why she did not mention that when I scheduled the refill at my original appointment? Her response was, “are you still planning on coming at 4?”

My lash appointment moved very swiftly and lashes looked good when technician was finished. By the next day, a bunch of lashes had fallen off. By day 5 there were only about 2-3 lash extensions on each eye, if that. Exactly a week later there was nothing left of the extensions. I would not recommend this place of business if you want quality lash extensions.
