I had been there 4-5 times with no complaints, and the guy I always got it cut by seemed to recognize me; when I said that I wanted the usual cut, he seemed to know what I mean—long on top short on the sides. I should have known when he started buzzing the top that something was off. I told him that I thought he was going to short, and he insisted that my usual meant a buzz cut—I’ve never gotten a buzz cut in my life! Then, he just stopped in the front and left one side of my hair a whole 2 inches longer than the other side.
