I’ve had sister locks for almost 7 years now, I found Hunny on google back in June of 2022. I am truly blessed to have found her because it’s hard trying to find a consultant. She is very professional, kind, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Her customer service is A 1!!! Her energy and vibe AWESOME!! That’s very important when letting people place their hands in your hair. I hope this review helps and if your looking to get sister locks or for a sister lock consultant, Hunny is definitely the way to go!!!

Two weeks ago I visited this shop for the first time and my hair is STILL LOOKING FANTASTIC! I am absolutely loving my locked hair. From the moment Natasha greeted me until the moment when I looked at my face and hair in the mirror, my experience was totally awesome! My hair wash was one of the BEST washes ever followed by a new hairstyle that I hadn’t had in YEARS. Two weeks later my hair looks FANTASTIC! All natural. All my hair. Wow! I still cannot believe that my OWN hair could do this. My hair also loved the hair products. Believe me, I am so happy that I discovered Hunny Be Crowned! It is my first time really feeling like I have been CROWNED y’all and I truly look forward to future appointments. So thrilled! So pleased!! YES! This is the place!!

Hunny Be! Crowned is awesome in every way, Hunny the owner an her staff are the best!!!!! My search for someone to do my hair(sister locks) was extremely important to me and I needed the salon to feel like Grandma’s house if you know what I mean and Hunny Be! Crowned was all that, I have always been a true natural so I was concerned about someone doing my hair an walking me though a process that was totally new for me and Hunny did just that, she is a sensational blessing, truly gifted and the salon is great, the decor and the atmosphere is equal to a big hug, and if that wasn’t enough the community activision that she/they do is wonderful so if you have a hair need trust them with it and your hair and soul will be blessed. I personally can never thank them enough and I am so looking forward to all my visits.

Hunny is great consultant. It’s always good conversations and good service with her. She is also understanding when you can’t make an appointment as long as you communicate. More importantly, I’m super tender-headed and she’s gentle with my sensitive scalp. would definitely recommend!

I’m thankful for Hunny Be! Expressions. I’ve been trying to find a hair stylist for my mother for a couple of years. She has dementia so you can imagine how challenging it was for me or my sisters to either wash her hair or encourage her to wash her own hair. Well, the back of her hair became matted. I finally found a way to get her out of the house, took her to eat and told her I was stopping by a friend’s house (in a neighborhood she recognized). As soon as we walked in the door, Hunny was on it. From the music she played to make my mom feel at ease to the conversations she had with her to get her comfortable. I so appreciated that. Hunny cut that matter hair out, got her comfortable in the wash bowl, rolled and styled her hair. My mother smiled and could not be more excited that she finally made it to a hairdresser. Most people don’t know how to react to a person with dementia but Hunny was on it!

Amazing….. I was looking for a forever home to maintain my sister locs and received so much more. I had my consultation and retie today. The care and service I received was awesome. The environment is warm, friendly, and very professional. Not just that but the information that was provided by Hunny catered to my hair type. The results of my retie left my hair feeling soft and fluffy. I barely felt the retie and my scalp can be tender at times. This has been one of the best experiences ever. If you are looking for talented stylists that provide a professional, warm and friendly environment – this is the place!!!!! The level of thought and care that goes into the client interaction is bar none! I felt like a queen from the time that I walked in until the time that I left. I got sisterlocks and I love them!!!
