Yeah this wasn’t worth the $300 plus tip I paid. All I asked for was my ends cleaned up and bleaching/toning, my hair is light brown. It took 5 and a half hours to completely destroy my hair. It’s dry, orange, uneven, and my scalp is burned without the roots even being lightened! They were dishonest and misleading about the posted prices. These photos really speak for themselves.

I traveled 6 hours to get my hair done here.. thought it had some good reviews and good pricing. I was amazed by the haircuts they did. When I did ask if they could do a color they didn’t understand and sort of showed some resistance to help me, but quoted me a high price for one hair color (warning sign not to get my hair done here). I was given highlights with damaged ends when she’d already cut 6 inches off. I spent 5 hours to come out looking like a lion, I wanted to cry.. and charged 20 dollars more for her mistakes.. not coming back here again..

Do you like being ignored and insulted? Come here. Make an appointment. Step on in and get ready to be ignored. Once you’ve made your presence known, make sure you mention the appointment! They will then proceed to take other clients ahead of you who just walked in! Wow, thanks so much for the several times over the years you made me wait. Cut people’s hair while my hair was processing and burning my scalp. The uneven tone. Having to run across the mall to the restroom. No offer of water. But making me wait over 40 minutes on Christmas Eve was too much. Sorry, I’m done.

Stay away from this business,I scheduled for a full head of highlights, since I have bleached my hair previously I wanted only roots to be touched, the stylist cut two other peoples hair in between my service left the bleach to melt my hair away, I don’t recommend this salon for any color services they are also very unprofessional.the photo is from the of service I went home and took the picture. They did not charge me for this horrible hair service.

I got one of the worst haircuts of my life here. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and told him to leave my bangs/ the sides of my hair alone and just to fix the back. He said he could do that and I proceeded to show him a picture of what I wanted. My hair is already short as is and naturally course/thick, but he completely went against what I wanted and thinned my hair out all the way around my head, and chopped most of my hair off in the end! My bangs are no longer bangs, he thinned them out with shearing scissors and cut them so short that they had to be pushed to the side and stick out like a sore thumb. He didn’t even have a technique, he just rushed through every part of my hair with shearing scissors starting from my roots and kept going even when I told him to stop. The worst part is, he didn’t even fix the one area that I asked him to fix! My hair is ruined, my self esteem is at an all time low, and I will NEVER return to this salon nor would I recommend it to anyone. Do not go here. The last photo is what my hair looked like before it was butchered.

Service was great, the hairstylist was quick but precise. She cut and shaped my hair exactly how I wanted after showing her a reference photo. I styled it myself a bit after since I was going for more of a punk rock, mullet style. The hair wash was nice, chair was comfy. There’s a lot of hair around but that’s expected for a hair salon. Overall, very happy with my hair and I would definitely recommend their services, especially to anyone with thick Asian hair.
