Critical: QualityFirst let me start by saying that Sincere(The owner I believe) was very personable, professional and does good work. The other barber on the other hand made for a horrible experience. He cut my 3 year olds hair and it was a nightmare. My son has never cried in the barbers chair…ever! But this barber was heavy handed, sweating, had my son crunched down in the chair and had no control. He had my son crying for his mother!!! Sincere was literally instructing him what to do the whole time! The fade was bad, the lining was bad, he nicked my son a few times til I had to tell him to just stop. I had sincere come over to fix up what the other barber messed up and luckily he was able to make the haircut presentable. I read the reviews before going there and he was at almost 5 stars, so the barber he had in there yesterday must have been brand new. And if that was the case, they should have let me know up front. With all the barbers in town, I’m pretty sure I won’t be back, which sucks because Sincere was a real good dude! First let me start by saying that Sincere(The owner I believe) was very personable, professional and does good work. The other barber on the other hand made for a horrible experience. He cut my 3 year olds hair and it was a nightmare. My son has never cried in the barbers chair…ever! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe barber shop was clean and welcoming. My son was offered a video game station to play while he waited. The barber was very professional and skilled in cutting different hair textures. My son likes his haircut a lot and we will be returning regularly.
