Overall it was fine. He moved my right shoulder in a weird way that didn’t feel good, but he told me I could be sore for a little while after due to the nature of the massage. It’s been about a year and my shoulder still hurts when I move it/raise it in certain ways, so I don’t think this type of massage is for everyone.

By far the best massage I have ever had. I have major problems with my lower back and hamstrings due to the sports I play, he was able to loosen those muscles which many before him have attempted. Jeff is by far the best at his craft here in southern NH. His unique combination of stretching and deep massage is something I have never experienced at other places. Having been to both of his studios in Hooksett as Well as Manchester, either location is inviting and peaceful. From the first appointment, Jeff has made me fell comfortable and relaxed.
