In a time when we need more human connection and kindness, in American Fork we find both at this amazing salon. The style is modern mid-century with a little retro 70’s thrown in to give it flair and energy. But this salon isn’t just a showpiece, it’s highly functional as well. From the hook at each station to hang a purse to a head rest in the sink when getting a wash and rinse, this place lives what it preaches by showing kindness and consideration in every nook and cranny.

Originally I was going to get on here and write bad review but luckily I met Hilary, who is one of the hairdressers that work there. I had scheduled my appointment and the girl didn’t show up and would not text me back. I felt so stupid and kept thinking i must have done something wrong. Luckily Hilary understood the severity of the situation and scheduled me that week on her own schedule. She did an amazing job and gave me extra treatments at a discounted price. I would definitely go back.

I am so disappointed! Robyn (one of the owners) destroyed my hair! She charged me over $300 for a lived in hair transformation which is not what I got. Two front chunks of hair by my face were fried off!!! Fried off!!. The blonde tone was not pretty. My hair looked half brown on top and half blonde on bottom so it was not a lived in look, it was a grown out grungy look. Not at all what I asked for. Gray hair was still showing at my roots. The cut was the only thing done well. When I addressed the issues with her I was ignored. A different stylist at the salon fixed my hair with a quick service which I appreciated but it faded in a few weeks. I ended up having to get it fixed elsewhere and was out over $500. The most upsetting part is they made me feel like I was a waste of time, that I’m not young and cute enough to care about, and that I didn’t matter as a client. All I can say is be careful which stylist you go to at this salon.

The atmosphere is amazing! I was here visiting from California and this was by far the best cut and color and highlight I’ve had in a long time. Camille has so much talent and she’s fast and tidy too. The customer service alone is amazing! They offer snacks and drinks, they take their time to make sure you are totally comfortable, and they are helpful to one another which is a nice bonus. The owner Robyn is so sweet! Went to Taci in 2021. I scheduled my next appointment with her in January 2022 for April 16th, 2022. She canceled my appointment 2 weeks before due to a vacation she didn’t know about. I understand things come up, no worries. I asked for someone else she would recommend with openings soon since I’m going out of town in April, (that is why I scheduled my appointment 4 months in advance). She suggested 4 other people in her salon which all looks talented and amazing but didn’t have openings until the end of May. I understand as a human things come up, but giving a loyal client 2 weeks notice to reschedule a hair appointment in Utah is no time at all. I literally could not find anyone, in her salon or not, that could do my hair in two weeks before my vacation. Now my hair won’t be done until June. Very unprofessional. Like I said I understand unforeseen circumstances come up, but please take care of your clients. Or at least give them more notice than 2 weeks. Especially if they went out of their way to schedule a appointment 4 months in advance.

Kelsey is an amazing stylist and a superb leader at this business. She is just one of those people that puts a smile on your face and makes you feel like a million bucks every time you talk to her. So many good things to say about this salon!! First of all, it’s the cutest! I love how open and bright it is! The girls here are so nice and welcoming, which is the best! Madison (@madbeauty_co) does my hair and I’ve been going to her ever since she was in hair school! She’s the only person I trust with my hair and does such an amazing job every single time! She’s literally good at everything she does. And I can’t forget about the snacks and drinks this salon provides!! 20/10 recommend!
