I have received 2 haircuts at Hugo’s and have been happy both times. Make sure to use the online scheduler and you will not have any issues, at least I haven’t. The place seems to be pretty busy most of the time. I can’t say that there was a lot of friendly conversation but I guess it will improve with returning.

I’ve been to this excellent establishment twice, and I’m kicking myself for not leaving a review the first time. I’ve had the pleasure of having Dale cut my hair twice and I will always go back. I was in the Army and I’ve had my hair cut all over this country from dozens of barbers, but he sets himself apart from the rest with a high quality haircut and the most easy-going conversations. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you live in Northern Colorado, don’t go anywhere else.

My husband had a 5:45 appointment. At 6:20 we walked out after waiting for 35 minutes. Three people walked in after us and were seen quickly by their barbers. The girl up front didn’t so much as bat an eye at us or offered an explanation as to why we hadn’t been seen in a reasonable amount of time. Have better customer service. And if you’re running behind, let the customer know.
