My normal salon was crowded and didn’t have time to wait so came here. Staff was nice, felt a bit rushed picking a color though and the place was empty. Gel mani chipped within a few days and all my nails broke, don’t think she used enough gel because this never happens to me. I’ll stick with my normal salon around the corner but good if you’re in a pinch.

Came here twice for a pedicure thinking the first time was just a random bad experience. I was rushed out and was demanded to pay when my toes were drying, she didn’t want me to even come to the counter. Multiple coats are painted before even one coat dries, so the slightest touch to your nail and the entire pedicure gets ruined. My mom’s pedicure got ruined twice in the salon itself and the ladies fixed it with an unbelievable attitude. It doesn’t make any sense why they rush so much considering the entire salon is EMPTY.

Wow. I wasn’t planning on getting my nails done but once I stepped into Hue I was welcomed very nicely. They didn’t pressure me at all in anything. I spent a lot of time just looking and asking questions and they politely answered. I went when it was relatively quite around 11am. I chose my colours and they got on right away. The lady filed my nails and trimmed the skin. She then politely directed me to the uv light baking. While I was on the final stages waiting for my nails to bake, I received a shoulder massage!!!!! I didn’t ask for it and I definitely didn’t anticipate it but it was AMAZING!!! I was in 5 minute heaven. Afterwards I got a hand massage with the lotion and then a hot towel. I loved my experience and if I lived near the area I would visit again.

Love this nail salon. First it is super clean, the ladies are very nice and hospitable. I’ve been getting my nails done here since October and they are perfect every time. They do beautiful designs and my gel polish never chips even if I go 3 weeks. Heather is my tech and she is awesome! I highly recommend Hue Nails in Horsham!

They had no hours listed on the door the sign was lite up saying open. When I ask for a wax and a gel manicure the girl said she won’t accommodate because they are closing in a little bit and doesn’t know if might right over. That was my first time going in there! I think they were wrong to turn a new customer away especially when no Sunday hours were listed. I would not recommend them at all!

Walked in for a Mani and pedi and was welcomed and serviced immediately. It’s very clean and nice environment. The employees are welcoming and prices are reasonable. Definitely coming back, I also recommend to anyone!

Nails chip everytime! Even toe nail polish, which I’ve never had issues with before. They have a decent color selection and nails usually look pretty good when I leave but everytime they chip after just a day or two!
