I received a left hip injury when skiing and later a shoulder injury that I put off too long. My wife suggested that I visit Face and Body. Therapeutic massages was something new to me. The facility was a warm and inviting atmosphere. I found the therapist Victoria extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been attending on a regular basis and my preference is deep tissue massage for wellness for my whole body. I received a left hip injury when skiing and later a shoulder injury that I put off too long. My wife suggested that I visit Face and Body. Therapeutic massages was something new to me. The facility was a warm and inviting atmosphere. I found the therapist Victoria extremely knowledgeable and professional. When it was not received I called and emailed several times to work out what the issue might be. I got no response in any form ever. I eventually had to cancel payment through my credit card. I’ve been looking for a massage therapist for some time now and finally found her….I am a dental hygienist and have a lot of neck, back and shoulder pain. I’ve used numerous therapists throughout my life but Vicki has proven to have the best hands. I’ve improved so much and my constant neck and muscle pain is so much less. Her prices are extremely fair and she is consistent with each massage. She has strong hands and knows the areas I need the most work in. I am a lifelong customer!

Have to say I was excited about trying this company since I live in Fishkill and saw the reviews. My experience was not a good one, I drove to the location on several occasions and tried to speak to someone. No one was ever there, I called the location and a day to 2 later a person called me back. I had another important incoming phone call and asked her if she could call me back in about 10 minutes. She seemed frustrated and told me to call her back when I was ready to talk to her. ( I found that to be rude)
