Luxury and peace for all at Hudson Valley bodyworks! Absolutely amazing! What a beautiful and blissful space this is. I enjoyed a 90 minute massage from Linda, and she was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what muscles needed the most help. The owner of HVBW has done everything possible to ensure that it is a safe clean haven, following all covid protocols and precautions and somehow managed to do it in a gracious and respectful way. I will without a doubt be returning there for all My future massage and wellness needs, and I recommend you do as well. Also they have so many more offerings than just massages. It was my first time at Hudson Valley Body Works and immediately I felt at ease walking inside. It has a cozy feel and warm environment, smelling like essential oils which I loved. Before my massage Michelle took her time to ask me about my symptoms and problem areas; she was very thorough and made me feel as though she really cared to help me find some relief. During the massage I immediately felt as though she knew exactly what she was doing and was hopeful my body may find some relief after the massage. It was such a relaxing experience and Michelle really tailored the massage to meet my needs which I loved and which I have struggled to find at other spas. I left feeling a lot less sore than when I walked in and I’m extremely hopeful that with repeated massages and maintenance that I will finally say goodbye to my ongoing pain!! Thanks Michelle, it was a wonderful experience and I will be back!

I love the cozy, relaxing vibe of the whole place. The massage was incredibly relaxing and released a lot of muscle tension. Ashley had a great knowledge of muscle anatomy, was extremely thorough and pinpointed several trouble areas. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Richard is a very thorough practitioner and healer! He listened to my symptoms, paid attention to my natural posture and range of motion, felt how my joints, muscles, and ligaments function, and applied his in depth knowledge of the body to manually adjust my pelvic torsion and lower back pain using deep pressure and stretching techniques in rolfing. No other doctor, chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage therapist gave me the same thorough attention and care after months of trial and error. I slept through the night without pain for the first time in a LONG time after just one session! So thankful to Richard!
