Just got done with my 2:30 appointment with Laney in which I walked out the door at 2:39 with a “full haircut”. There wasn’t a single customer waiting so I don’t know what the rush was but she hit the side of my head with a razor for 2 minutes, then cut the stop in just a few more. I basically paid $4/minute for a terrible haircut experience. When she asked me how it looked I thought she was going to actually start the fade that I had asked for but she was completely done at that time. Absolutely disrespectful to my time as well as my money. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would.

I was looking for a place that would be a step up from the strip mall value haircut chains, but still be unpretentious and reasonably priced. H/H is several steps above what I was used to and checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. Joe is great. I highly recommend him. From the haircut and shampoo to the warm lather neck shave, warm towel on the face, and shoulder massage, I walk out of there feeling energized and feeling great.

I was used to the treatment I received at classic barber that cut my hair for the past nine years. I really appreciate Joe, did an excellent job. I was late for my first appointment. My second appointment was great; cut, hot towel, shampoo, and shoulder massage. Definitely recommend.
