I have a very busy schedule so it’s usually a challenge for me to find time to get my hair done; however, Suleka was gracious enough to open her salon a bit earlier for me. The process to set an appointment was super easy. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I was at the salon for about 4 hours, but it was extremely worthwhile. I even got to try Suleka’s famous chai tea latte!! I got baby lights and I was amazed at how beautiful my hair looked. The outcome exceeded my expectations by 1000. I get compliments on my hair all the time!! I definitely recommend going to HT bridal salon. I went to HT bridal and salon to get my hair done for an upcoming beach trip. I heard great things about Suleka and her work! I have a very busy schedule so it’s usually a challenge for me to find time to get my hair done; however, Suleka was gracious enough to open her salon a bit earlier for me. Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Mr and Mrs Shanaka. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. Definitely visit again.

This might just be my experience, but I honestly don’t understand the good reviews this place got. I asked for pastel pink hair and ended up with purple (the last color I wanted) hair that wasn’t even dyed evenly- part of it was grape/plum purple, others were a very light amethyst, etc. Despite showing many exact references, the color was awful. On top of that, the cut was horrible as well. I went to a different salon where every worker there agreed that the cutting job was poor, so I knew I wasn’t just making it up. First, the worker clearly didn’t know how to work with type 2/3 curly hair. (How is everyone saying she understood their hair? She treated my curls like straight hair.) She cut it straight across and I ended up looking like a fluffy triangle. Mind you, I asked for LOTS of layers/extreme layers. I didn’t get any layers. Second, I asked for curtain bangs and the worker chopped sections that were WAY too big. The cut only looked good on pin straight, styled hair straight out of the salon- my natural hair looked awful and I felt insecure for months. I came back a second time in hopes of giving them a second chance and to get my hair fixed, but I ended up paying hundreds for NO CHANGE AT ALL. The hair faded to a very light quartzy color after the first visit, and after the second visit, it was the exact same color as before.

I have curly wavy hair that has changed over time thanks to child bearing and hormones and stress , product trials , you name it ! HT Salon saved my hair !!!! I HIGHLY recommend natural keratin treatments , colors and cuts services. Eyebrow threading is on point too. Finally have my forever hairdresser

I’ve been visiting HT for probably four years and I’ve always had a good experience with Suleka. I’ve always been picky about my hair, which usually meant I just didn’t trust people to cut it, but I felt comfortable with Suleka off the bat. She does great work, but she also cares about the work she’s doing, and this is apparent not only when I see results but also when she explains things to me. Definitely recommend!
