My first visit to HS was with Sally. I showed her downloaded photos of the kind of layering I wanted. She did not give me the crown layers I wanted. My medium hair looks almost the same. It hangs. I was very disappointed and won’t be back. So I overpaid for this type of cut that has mostly neck length layers. I did tell her there were no top layers and she disagreed saying something about the volume.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSergio told me that he was ready to retire and and butchered my hair, he left the front of my hair long and the back of it short and now it is not even. The highlights he put in my hair are not fully developed most of them are orange and bright blonde and he didn’t want to take the extra time out of his day to make sure they were all the same color. When he was washing my hair he was bumping my head around and pulling on my head and washed my hair like I was some kind of dog, I kept asking him politely to be gentle and he didn’t, I did not have a good experience at all and it was definitely not worth my time or money, I am a stay at home mother so it’s hard for me to find time to fix my hair. Do not use these services!
