Shelby was kind, clean and payed attention to what I had asked for AND came through with the perfect blunt cut. After losing a tremendous amount of hair over the last two years I was nervous and hoping for someone to just listen and do. Way over priced and false advertising… their regular prices 15.99 and online at the time I went it was advertising the same… I went in and was charged 25.99 for a typical hair cut. Also,no style or blow dry and no wash was done either. I understand minimum wage is going up.but… 25 , I should feel great and at least have some sort of style when I leave. Customer service and experience is everything. I feel like I was cheated.
