I’m a fan after one visit! I have been getting my nails done over 20 years and this was probably the best experience. From the cleanliness to the work done, I’m a fan. I’m a week in and my nails still look great although I’m rough on my hands. I have sensitive skin and Laura took care to clean my cuticles of dry skin from eczema in addition to removing an awful dip powder job from another salon.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I explained what I wanted 4-5 times. I stopped her and told her that she was not doing what I asked for. She ignored me the whole way. When she was done she charged me $70 for the exact thing I told her several times I did not want. When I told her that I was very unhappy because it was not what I asked for she told me not to come back because I didn’t like how my nails were done. If you are going to charge this much then you need to do what the customer asked for. I even had a friend with me and showed her nails and said I want this after trying to explain to her several times. She refused to listen and was set on doing whatever she wanted. Worst experience I have ever had when getting my nails done.

I’ve been looking all over Huntsville since I moved here 3 months ago from D.C. for a nail salon to get my nails done right. My pedicures and manicures have been mostly missed, but today Hannah hooked me up with a pedicure.

Stopped in for a shellac pedi–a bit pricey ($50) but totally worth it! The technician did a full maintenance and cleanup on my toes and I am SO THANKFUL!! I was always concerned that I was developing ingrown nails (ouch!) but learned that the pain I was experiencing was sub-par pedi maintenance!! What a relief and true education. The tech also used a lime wedge as a natural antiseptic to treat my nails. Mind blown.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a full set. I had my cuticle tore up by the drill multiple times. The ugliest nail application Ive ever seen in my life and 24hrs later Im still in pain from having cuticle glued to my skin. The older lady that works there will jack you up with some fake nails. They charged me 70 for a full set but only gave me 2 new nails. Where are my other 10 nails at? Bleeding and disappointed. She cut my nails down to the pink. Gave me coffin shape on one side and oval round on the other. I wouldn’t accept this nail job if it was free. My fingers are still swollen. I doubt the woman has a license to do nails.Services: Gel manicures, Acrylic nailsWent in for a full set. I had my cuticle tore up by the drill multiple times. I visited this salon about a month ago and will not be back! They ruined my nails (in my opinion). I called ahead for pricing being new to the area and asked if they had powder dips. They filed my nails down by hand, not the electric filer. I asked the woman to take a little off of the length, we agreed on where to cut for my pinkie finger and then she cut the rest down to the tips of my fingers- I could have cried as it takes me forever to grow my nails and I had really taken great pride in how well they had grown and how I had taken care of them. Well, from there 3 of the nails continued to break regularly for the next 3 weeks. In regards to my pedicure, I was up-charged $20 for gel polish and I mentioned when I went in, that in the past, I had an ingrown toe nails (they had not been currently bothering me, but I wanted them to be aware). She continued to pick at my toes for over 1/2 hour. I also had tips and gel polish put on my daughters nails- my daughter sucks her fingers and she sucked the color off of 2 of her fingers within 2 days! I took her back and asked if the polish was toxic- and they didn’t know but they replaced the polish for us. The tips where applied with gel- not glue and they starting coming off. I told her back a second time for a tip replacement and the older lady stated that they “have good nails that just don’t fall off.” SHe did replace that tip at no additional cost. My daughter then lost another 4 tips by the end of the week. When we went to pay after the initial visit- the price was $60 higher than the quoted price. I was in so much shock I paid for it. I went back a few days later to question because it was really bothering me and they told me that I was charged extra for the gel polish- which I wasn’t told in advance would be additional) and that I was charged extra because she spent so much time on my ingrown toenails. They still couldn’t back in to the price they charged me.

This was the best pedicure and nail service that my daughter and I have ever had. Hanna and Laura were exceptional, knowledgeable and professional. Hanna educated us on treatments we can do in between appointments that will keep our toes healthy and looking fresh! This is our new salon and we will recommend them to our friends!

After breaking my ankle and having my foot wrapped in a splint/cast for six weeks, I visited this salon near my home based on some of the online reviews. Good decision! Very thorough service, friendly people who care about their customers. I will be back.

Larry Robinson being a diabetic and very ticklish, I was shocked and amazed and thoroughly pleased at the professionalism that was displayed. My feet looked great and felt great. My feet said ” thank you”. I would highly recommend anyone that is diabetic and ticklish to go and experience such professional service and treatment.
