Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wouldn’t even give this place one star but unfortunately I have to. I came in for a pedi today with my girlfriend and her mother and grandmother . I told them I wanted the $25 pedi and because I chose gel polish they charged me $45 They are a ripoff! The man working was very rude and disrespectful from the start.He was rude to my friend and bc she has eczema he told her she couldn’t get the wax pedi. Then when he walked away and my friend thought he was done. The lady told her to sit down and did the wax treatment on her. We was very confused.Then I asked if I could possibly get my nails done and I was told no, that they didn’t do nails. Then watched a lady stroll in and get her nails done.Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to hands down. We will never be back. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe guy that I had to do my nails was very rude!! I will drive 1 hour just to get my nails done to be treated with respect!!!! Called asked if they had time for a 3 nail fix (dip extensions) he said no I said none whenever ? They said no. In disbelief said no appointments for the rest of forever? No matter if you go there or you call they’re always busy I was sitting out in the parking lot and there was only one vehicle in the parking lot and I could see 1 person inside the store and I called the asked if I could get a nail refilled in so all I need is my nails filled in and they told me they were too busy and too busy it happens every time very ma’am very poor customer service and the man was so rude to me on the phone it was sad

Very nice people! Prices are a little high, but they are about everywhere. They charge the same as my nail salon in St. Louis, but they do a good job, so it’s worth it.
