I called Terry and she called me back the same day and she came out to my Aunt’s house the next day. She did a great job cutting my Aunt’s hair and styling it. My Aunt was very pleased with her cut and style! I made another appt for Terry to come out in three weeks. So happy I was able to fine her and so pleased with her work!!

I was disappointed with this. We booked a cut and style appointment for my grandma who just entered hospice. The stylist arrived without her styling tools—no hairdryer or curling iron which was specifically mentioned when booking the appointment. She was very nice and apologetic, and while I understand these things happen, I think she should have called on her way to let us know so we could change the appointment or wait for her to turn around and get her things. Since we didn’t know until she arrived we felt obligated to scrounge around to find things and let her continue. And the haircut was not really what we were looking for. We showed a picture and it was not followed at all. She did drop the price due to lack of tools, but overall we were very disappointed.
