Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueThey always have had $10 Tuesdays but I get charged a different price every Tuesday. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDONE DONE DONE. I’m over it. I have decided I’m cancelling my monthly membership. Paying $65+ a month to not have working beds constantly. The beds that i specifically pay to use. But today was the last straw. Go in on my lunch (so… limited time) to stand there for 15 minutes walking up and down hallway yelling for someone and nobody was ever seen. I even stood there ringing the phone and still nobody appeared and the phone simply rang until it stopped. Even worse there was actually someone waiting before i had even gotten there and she said she had seen nobody since she got there too. So i left.Unacceptable!Service: TanningDONE DONE DONE. DONE DONE DONE. I’m over it. I have decided I’m cancelling my monthly membership. Paying $65+ a month to not have working beds constantly. The beds that i specifically pay to use. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueMy sister and I both went to the house of tans yesterday to utilize their Versa pro services. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as how accommodating the staff was. My birthday is on Friday and they allowed me to use my birthday tan as I will be out of town at that time. It was also a Tuesday so my sister got her tan (level 2) for just $15! Great value. My sister and I both went to the house of tans yesterday to utilize their Versa pro services. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as how accommodating the staff was. My birthday is on Friday and they allowed me to use my birthday tan as I will be out of town at that time. It was also a Tuesday so my sister got her tan (level 2) for just $15! Great value. Thank you we will be coming back soon.

Critical: Quality, ValueI would love to be able to give 5 stars. Unfortunately that’s something that needs to be earned. When spending $65+/month for level 5 tanning, I would expect the beds I’m paying a premium for to work. That is not the case with house of tans. I am so frustrated with the Janky @SS equipment. You pay to have this “level 5” experience and its just not what you get. There is always something not working properly. I think it may be time to explore my options with other local tanning salons. I recently did a walk through at South Beach Tanning….and it was the craziest thing, ALL their equipment was highly maintained and even better quality. I would love to be able to give 5 stars. Unfortunately that’s something that needs to be earned. When spending $65+/month for level 5 tanning, I would expect the beds I’m paying a premium for to work. That is not the case with house of tans. I am so frustrated with the Janky @SS equipment.
