Worst experience i’ve had in a tanning salon. I’ve worked in customer service for years. I know how things should be handled and I uphold respect in all establishments as a woman who’s received a lot of disrespect in customer service. There’s a girl that works there named Ava Nagy. she was incredibly rude from the jump. I went in asking for one session and was confused by all of the questions they asked me, she asked my friend if I was “okay” because I was confused and rolled her eyes and said “nevermind”. When she walked out I said to the other girl “that was rude of her to say in front of a customer” Then they charged my card, sent me to a room and after 1 minute of sitting in the tanning bed they shut the bed off and didn’t say anything. So me and my friend went out to ask if they could turn them back on and they said we weren’t allowed to tan there because of my “rudeness” and would not give us our money back, and told us to get out and started yelling and cursing in front of the customers when I was asking them to explain what they meant and why I couldn’t finish my session when I’d said nothing to them.

I love this place! Took me a while to find a tanning salon in the area that was worth anything. The staff is great, the beds are clean, the package options are nice as well.
