I am disabled and some days I am unable to go anywhere. When you have chronic pain disorders and Lupus not every day is a good one. I called to reschedule my appointment with a 23 hour notice and they said I had to pay 50% of the price of the appointment that I was rescheduling. Being on government disability is not easy financially and this is absolutely not acceptable of any business. Especially since they were aware of my health issues. I will never go back. Additionally, I have only been going here for a few months and they had 2 price increases back to back and both without notice.

Amused it was in a church but it was so cool. I hadn’t had a man work on my hair in 20+ years and it was wonderful. Everyone was good at what they did. I brought my pseudo daughter who’d never had her red hair highlighted and it was great. We both loved the whole experience. We’ll be back even though it’s a short drive from Warsaw.

If you’re looking for an experienced, talented stylist then William at House of Style is who you most definitely want to see. He listened to my ideas, but I knew he was the expert and I told him to run with it. He did, and my hair looks absolutely amazing! Plus he’s just one of the most kindest souls you’ll ever meet. As long as he’s around, I won’t go anywhere else.

The building has a very charming feel to it and being there is very relaxing. I’ve gotten my hair dyed and so has my mother at this location. If you are planning to go I highly recommend Tricia, she does a wonderful job and she doesn’t damage your hair at all!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWilliam did my hair. It came out mediocre at best and took him 5 hours to do. There is no good reason why it should have taken him 5 hours. His conversation was unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to….lots of rambling on about personal issues. Definitely would never go back or reccomend.
