Ashley Conner. DO NOT HAVE HER TOUCH YOUR HAIR. she has seen my best friend 3 times. Had extensions put in. Matched color perfectly. First visit, didn’t put enough in – no volume. 2nd visit, asked for more volume so natural hair line isn’t so noticeable. Ashley said that would be half a pack. She added a whole pack. She didn’t blend the hairline at all. Before 3rd visit, pieces are falling out & curling. Many gaps visible, not well placed. Can’t put hair in pony tail or many tabs will show. 3rd visit, asked for roots, color & highlights. Asked if could color extensions, was told no. Ashley did not answer questions on how to care for extensions or give any advice to my friend. Ashley said, I’ll take the extensions out and you can have them pout in somewhere else. And then Ashley said she would only redo her roots. She refused to do highlights. She did not even cut or trim her hair. Oh, and get this… She left glue in her hair and just colored over the glue! I spent 2 hours of my time using alcohol to remove all the leftover glue. Horrible customer service. Very dissatisfied with the services provided.

Let me start by saying that I am very particular when it comes to my hair. (Yes, I’m one of those people) lol. Stephanie was recommended to me. She does amazing work! I can’t say enough. She does low-lights, high-lights of blonde and my hair looks very natural. I always get compliments on my hair. She is worth the 40 minute drive to her salon.
