Too crowded on weekend, No worker to assign to customer, i have to wait 3 hour or more to get a simple haircut for a kid. They need to hire more worker on weekend. Some of them have reservation even though they not busy turn you down saying thwy wait for another customer while after 1 hour you don’t see that customer coming. They need a lot of improvement on the customer management side level

Horrible customer service, no one says anything when you walk in. Like one reviewer said, everyone says they are waiting on an appointment, but no one walks in. Couldn’t believe this, they will all walk out of the barbershop and just leave you sitting there. Most horrible customer service I have ever seen, and I get haircuts all over the world, never seen anything like this. If you do not know anyone at this barbershop beforehand, do not go. To add, no mask, social distancing, or anything against covid so if you do go, wear a mask. But as I said earlier, if you do not know anyone, just do not go. I think they all have their own customer base and each Baber are only using their chairs for them, no one new from the outside.

I was not there personally but my son’s father took him to get a cut. Clearly the goal was a Philly but in no way was the achieved. My some is biracial and has different hair. His father took him to the on African American barber assuming he would know how to but his type of hair. Well he does not. My son’s tale is way to far back. The sides are not even and the back is again to far up. I am so angry. I will be paying a visit to the shop for a refund and to let him know that he needs to take up a new profession. A real barber fits the cut to the client not the other way around.
