Critical: ProfessionalismAfter being told I could reach out if I needed anything fixed, I informed Rachel that there were a couple of things I would like fixed, this is the response I received without any prior conversation or communication about having any issues with having me as a customer. I feel the mature and professional thing would have made a point to communicate any issues she had with me, especially after telling me to let her know if I needed anything fixed. The “everytime” is quite the exaggeration….if it were every time I would have already found another stylist.”Sorry for the delay in responding, work has been busy today. I’m dissapointed to hear that you dont like your bangs and color, but I’m not terribly surprised because this happens every time I do your hair. I think the only thing I can do to fix it is to give you your money back so you can find another stylist who can do your hair the way you like it. I’m not upset or mad at you for telling me what you dont like about your hair, I just think that based on the fact that I have had to redo almost everything I’ve ever done to your hair, that I am not the right stylist for you. Humboldt County has lots of great stylists, I have no doubt that you will find the right one. I’ve already refunded the cost of your color and haircut, and I hope you are able to find someone you like soon. Have a good weekend.
