I was in Ft. Wayne for a trip and needed a wash and set. This salon had good reviews so I took a chance and scheduled an appointment. The process to do so was simple and the staff was very courteous. I was scheduled with Shalonda, who was great. She was warm, knowledgeable, and skilled. The salon gets major bonus points because they run on time and continue with COVID precautions (both very important to me). The atmosphere in the salon is very friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend the salon to anyone in need of a hair service.
