I went on a Saturday to get my toes done. I felt like there was no pride in customer service. I just wanted to get a simple pedicure nothing fancy just showing my toes some love. The lady handed me the price sheet and I told her I just wanted a basic pedicure and then she asked if I wanted shellac or something else. And I said whatever is least expensive. She immediately started speaking in a different language and made me feel like she didn’t want to do my toes. I felt uncomfortable the whole time, she would yank my feet, tap to make me do stuff, it was just an uncomfortable experience for me. I won’t be going back. I’ll try my luck somewhere else.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The nails have air bubbles that you can clearly see. Plus I found a hair in one of my nails. They used different sized Jewels on my nails as well. When I asked for exactly the same on each one. Overall, I am disappointed with the whole service.

Critical: QualityThe lady cut my nails way to short, they were lumpy and thick and were braking within a few days. She seemed to just do it as fast as she could and not care if they looked good or not and didn’t even color them the way I had asked. She didn’t know how to ombre a nail either. She seemed to just do it as fast as she could and not care if they looked good or not and didn’t even color them the way I had asked. She didn’t know how to ombre a nail either. I would never recommend this place and will never go back to them. Not worth the money at all.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI recently got my eyelashes done, they put way too much glue and they were so painful to have in. They refused to take them off so I had to revert to taking them off with oil….resulting in multiple of my natural lashes being torn out. I’m absolutely devastated and have been crying non stop.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter went for a pedi and mani with a design for her prom. The foot spa was good but the mani was a nightmare. The woman, Nancy, cut her fingers with a rotary tool up at the top arch and was rude and made faces when she showed her a pic of what she wanted. The nails were uneven and extremely bumpy. Yes, bumpy. Where the tip went on and where the paint changed color there were very noticeable bumps. She had to go somewhere else to get them taken off and done right. First time….. Last time!!!

I went there a few months ago with my friend around 6 and was waiting in the foot spa for about 20 minutes then my water got cold. After that the guy finally came and started on my pedi but was way to aggressive on my feet and left a cut in the back of my heel… a month later my feet started to crack and one of my toe nails came off bcuz of how they do not clean the tubs. And side note I always take care of my feet but after that happened there is not getting my toe nail back
