So my daughter took me to get my nails done. When we arrived I asked for prices because I knew she was paying and she is only 12 years old. They told us $35 for gel manicure, and $25 for snowflakes design. And for myself I asked only regular pedicure (no gel) and they charged $35.

This place sucks really bad. I was a walk in for dip powder and when they assigned me to the nail tech I kept on asking her either for a Milky white or a baby pink I felt rushed when selecting the colors and she kept on saying there’s other pinks I could select but it’s not what I wanted. When she was doing my nails I asked her to do them thin and keep my shape to square which is what I had. The nail tech was really nice and I have no complaints about her the only thing is that I asked her to make my nails square and she just ended up filing them really really short and making them a shape that I did not request after telling her to make them Square. She also left me with glue and dip powder around my fingers and didn’t bother to clean them. I will not be coming back

It’s only been TWO WEEKS since me and my friend got our nails done!! The retention is bad! Our nails are lifting already ! One of my nails completely came off. I’m super upset because I’ve heard great things about them but there work doesn’t match that energy. The amount we paid I expected more !

Critical: ProfessionalismVincient did a nice job on my nails besides the fact that he kept hurting me. I kept saying ouch and he continued without caution and tore up my cuticle and nail bed. I was bleeding and then he proceeded to put alcohol on all of my open cuts it burned so bad! Also multiple of my nails are crooked on my other hand. It is very apparent that the owner is racist as this is the second time that I walk in and she is not friendly kind however she’s very kind and friendly to the American lady that sitting next to her in the chair. Additionally, this is my second visit in a week to get my nails repaired as the material was falling off within the first couple of days. I paid $145 for my nails for it to last me one week. I do not feel welcome or once it has a client spending this generous amount of money on one set of nails. You can see that she mistreats her employees and as I was talking to an employee she completely interrupted me and asking for her to do something since she saw that we were actually having a laugh. Take your business elsewhere.

This was my first time coming here. There was Great worship music playing. However, the lady who did my pedicure did a poor job. Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. When I told the women at the front desk I wasn’t happy with the job, she had a really short temper and started to get angry. I was also going to get dip nails but I didn’t because the women at the front desk first of all, made me very uncomfortable with her short temper and also was going to do my nails over all of her appointment books and papers. Very unprofessional and unsanitary! I just got up and said I don’t want to get my manicure here. After that, I was sitting down waiting to pay for the pedicure that I wasn’t even happy with, and while I was waiting, the front desk women made such an unnecessary and mean comment about my age. I will never be coming back here. What a disappointment.

I went for a gel manicure. The girl doing my nails messed up and said she would fix the one nail. I left and they were too thick had lumps and ripples. I called the next day explained what happened and they said to come in and they would take it off. They charged me to take it off and when I left my natural nails were all rough and pitted so not all of it was removed. I will have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. They were nice but quality of work was not.

I only go here because my nail tech is here but quite honestly, i’m such a loyal and generous spending customer that I’m going to wait for my nail lady to leave if and when she does and if I have to go without my nails for months and years, I will literally do so, so I do not put more money into this business. Expensive, overcharging, impolite, unprofessional.

Do not recommend. My nails were very sore after getting a full set. The gel was starting to bubble and VERY lumpy. I immediately took off my nails and decided to not go back. After a week of having my toes painted with gel they were starting to peel off as well. Very upset because a friend recommended nail house, but after my experience it was not very pleasing and wasted my money. Cleanliness is great and vibe however the workmanship is not at all pleasing.
