Got my daughters nails done for prom (color change only as her nails were done elsewhere). He demanded cash, when she tried to pay with a card. On top of that, 2min after we left the polish was all messed up because it was nowhere near dry like he said it was. Now we have to go somewhere else last minute to get the job done right and pay AGAIN. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this place. Thought we would try it again……NEVER AGAIN!

I was a regular customer for quite awhile. Unfortunately, the quality of work kept going down. Always so rushed, I was never completely happy with my nails. The last straw was when i had 2 nails break the same day they were done, and when I went in to have them fixed, they charged me! Needless to say, that was my last visit.

Had a full done and the end result looks terrible! The finish is not smooth at all. I had originally asked for a gel polish and was going to be charged an extra $20. Decided to go with just regular polish and acrylics. Not happy at all. Having them redone this week. Store does not have many polish colors to choose from. Wanted to pay with a card but he said he only accepted cash – no sign posted anywhere. Won’t return.

My mother has been going to there store for a couple of months now and she has come out with no problems…later weeks after my sisters and I had saved money to get our nails done..there was 4 of us girls and only did two at a time when there were workers sitting around! One guy did 2 of our nails while the lady was still working on hers after the last one was up she quit after putting the tips on her nails…our result was TERRIBLE.. our nails were uneven and not fully painted they were bumpy and some were thicker than others will not go again!
