THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS or get back to you if you leave a voicemail or make an online inquiry. This is very unprofessional. I called different times and left two voicemails with clear instructions on what I wanted, stating my availability, my name and call back number. I also tried twice online and put in all my info to request an appt (which said someone would get back to me). NOTHING. Finally I drove there and had to knock on the door. I could see the woman inside but she did not come to the door even after I rang the ring doorbell twice and knocked on the door a few times. Finally she comes to the door and rudely says “Can I help you?” I proceeded to explain that I wanted to get my nails done but could not get in touch with anyone. She just kept telling me she doesn’t take walk ins. I tried to say that I know that which is why I was there to make an appt. She just didn’t seem to get it. Again she said we don’t take walk ins. I then asked if they aren’t taking new clients? That she maybe understand bc she said oh yeah no new clients. Sounded like she just made that up on the spot to get rid of me. I told her she should have that posted on their website instead of an appointment request form and then walked away. I had never had an experience like this at all nail salon before. I’m new to the area and was looking for a place I could give business to for years to come. This place clearly does not want any new business since this is the way they treat people. Please trust me when I say not to waste your time trying to get an appointment here.

Love how clean, and organized everything is here. Nancy, the owner, knows everyone on a personal level, so you’re never just “another client”. I appreciate that. This location is by appointment only, so you’re guaranteed your time when you arrive, and you’re never sold short on quality. The ladies here take the time to pay attention to the small details so that your nails are protected, not weakened, by the polish. I’ve gone to other places before when House of Nails was closed, but I always end up coming back because my nails feel the difference. This place is DEFINITELY worth checking out. You know how good it is when you see all the small things you get here that you never get at other nail salons.

I have been a customer of House of Nails formerly Nails by Nancy for 4 years now. I was introduced to this place by my mother and haven’t patronized anywhere else. This will forever be my nail spot! I love when Nancy freestyles on my nails because the product turns out beautiful. She is also always ready to collaborate with me when I show her ideas. I always get compliments on my nails. This is truly the BEST Nail Salon in the area. I have been going to this Nail Salon for over 10 years now. The work that they do there its absolutely AMAZING. The staff is very nice and personable and they pride themselves on good work. The atmosphere is very serene, friendly, happy, truly a Spa and reflects the wonderful attitude of its owner. I am extremely picky when it comes to getting my nails done.But when I found Nancy I cant even begin to tell you how WONDERFUL and TALENTED she is and how great my experience has been at her salon. Its great if you live nearby, and definitely worth the trip if you live further away!
