If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. I went there got the Gel like she suggested so it could last longer (started chipping the night and day after I got them done) went for a replacement she made me tip again. And now a week later they are coming off fully. THE NAIL IS COMING OUT COMPLETELY! I got Tips, SNS and Gel. Explain this!

Had a lovely experience here. Redeemed ClassPass credits for a powder manicure and pedicure. Ended up upgrading the pedicure to the works, and loved it. Very thorough pedicure with lots of different steps. The powder manicure was efficient and done well! Would definitely come back, especially since I’ve had so many terrible manicures elsewhere in the area.

Amazing! This is the fastest manicure I have ever got in my life! Also my technician has the softest hands I’ve ever felt, and they give you a hand massage and neck massage along with your manicure. Really above and beyond!

Ines gave me one of the best powder manicures I have received. I paid $55 for the powder mani/15 minute massage special and she went above and beyond. The precision she took with the filing tool to remove cuticles and prep my nails as well as her multiple buffs after the powder was on were done so well and in great time.

These guys are so good!! The prices are amazing and they always do an incredible job. Today one of the gel polishes I chose wasn’t coming out with the chunky sparkles the sample showed and my nail tech hand placed chunky sparkles on each of my nails at no extra cost!!!!! Amazing quality. I got acrylic 2 weeks ago by Angela and I was SO pleased. Today I had them soaked off and replaced with gel by another technician and the results are beautiful. They also use sanitized, one-time- use tools which is very appreciated. Very kind, thoughtful people as well. Will definitely make the my go-to nail salon.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get my nails done. I asked for acrylic and as soon as she started applying the acrylic, I didn’t like it. I told her in advance it was too messy and she just ignored me and continued to do my nails. I then proceeded to tell her I would just like them to be removed. She gave me an attitude and told me it’s not a big deal, rolled her eyes and told me I needed to pay even if I didn’t like it. I proceeded to walk out politely, and she blocked the door telling me I needed to pay $45. I told her I’d pay her $25, cause I told her in advance to remove them. I went in for ombré dip powder nails but they came out nothing like I expected. I painted over them when I got home. The staff was friendly and other customers with solid color nails had good outcomes. I’d recommend maybe sticking to a basic style or design at this salon.
