Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been thinking about getting dreads since 2012 but very hesitant. I looked up “dreads near me” and found House of Locs and Braids really close to my residence. I looked at the website, and checked their Instagram page. I loved the work and decided to make an appointment. Not only am I happy that I started my lox process, I’m very grateful for Tori. She’s so professional and welcoming and she did an amazing job. They turned out better than what I’ve always pictured. I’ve been thinking about getting dreads since 2012 but very hesitant. I looked up “dreads near me” and found House of Locs and Braids really close to my residence. I looked at the website, and checked their Instagram page. I loved the work and decided to make an appointment. Not only am I happy that I started my lox process, I’m very grateful for Tori. My husband and I walked out so satisfied with how she cared for our locs and the way it looks! We got complaints soon as we left. I had been looking for a stylist ever since I moved to Florida 4 yrs ago and now I won’t let anyone else touch my hair! The atmosphere she works out of has wonderful energy, her heart is beautiful and she knows exactly what your hair needs!! Thank you Chaliese! I am so pleased with stylist Chaliese and her assistant Shock. Amazing!! My husband and I walked out so satisfied with how she cared for our locs and the way it looks! We got complaints soon as we left. I had been looking for a stylist ever since I moved to Florida 4 yrs ago and now I won’t let anyone else touch my hair! The website was quite unorganized to book a simple braid down with only my natural hair appointment had to be booked under a “kids Braidz option”. Call as stated in the guidey on the website and booked my appt. Before my schedule appointment less than 24hrs my appointment was abruptly cancelled no explanation, no offer to reschedule or change appointment just an email stating my appointment was cancelled. Called multiple times giving the benefit of a doubt to see if my appointment was cancelled in error on such a short notice however my calls, multiple times was ignored. I understand things happen, life happens to be exact however that’s not how you deal with customers.
