Nova Salon is fantastic. I’ve been going regularly for more than a year now and I’ve never left with a haircut that I didn’t feel fantastic about. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly, and the stylists take great care to listen to what you want and execute it well. They may offer you some additional products, but they don’t pressure you or over-offer like some places I’ve been. Finally, in the time of Covid, they take their precautions seriously, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this salon.

NOVA Salon is awesome! After moving to Louisville, this place came highly recommended by several friends. Jacqueline is THE BEST! She is so warm and welcoming. She really listens to what you want as well and gives you tips during your appointment on how to style your hair. Cannot recommend this place enough! This salon has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the phone call to schedule my first appointment, to the end of my first visit….it was PHENOMENAL. They personalize your visit 100%, spend lots of time reviewing your wishes with you prior to starting anything. I had a haircut and style….my stylist, Alexis, was AMAZING. Not only did she do a fantastic job on my hair, but she explained everything along the way….how to add volume to my hair while blow drying, what type of products to use etc. I have a lot of trouble curling or styling my own hair, so she walked me through what to do and actually let me practice in front of her so she could teach me how to improve my technique. With all this fantastic service, you’d think the prices would be outrageous. But their prices are extremely reasonable. AND they give you a little gift at the end of your first visit. I would highly recommend this salon to all of my family and friends, and I will most definitely be back!

Absolutely loved my experience at Nova Salon! I recently moved to Louisville from Dayton, Ohio. I was looking for a new salon since the move and was recommended by a friend to go to Nova. I made my appointment with Kylie Rhew and she was fantastic! You can tell that she loves what she does! She asked me questions to come up with my personal profile in order to be able to give me the results I was looking for. After a cut, color, and style I walked out of the salon very satisfied with my hairstyle! Kylie also talked me through tips during the styling process to help me achieve the look at home which I greatly appreciated. The experience you will have at this salon stands apart and I am happy to have found a salon for me in my new city!
