Shannon surpassed these expectations. While she was behind in her scheduling she took the time to explain the situation and was welcoming before properly setting up her station to cut my hair. She did a great job with the cut ensuring she knew what I would like. While I am simple to please she seemed ready to take on a challenge if the customer had presented her with it. The cut was great! She took her time and made sure I was happy at each of the major steps in the cut and beard trim. The biggest point I want to drive home is that she was easy to talk to. When you feel like like your are talking to an old friend right away you know you have a great barber on your hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a low pressure friendly hair-cutting experience.

The best barber shop in Toledo, Maumee, Sylvania and Perrysburg I wouldn’t even classify it as a barber shop. It is a relaxing atmosphere for men, different from the typical barber shops. The House of Him kinda gives off old school vibes of a man’s club with different amenities not found in a typical barber shop. The staff is very friendly and cool. The hair stylists are all great so whoever you get you will surely satisfied.

I would recommend this spa for men to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. My husband comes here and has never gotten a bad cut. So, I brought my teenage son here to get a good cut and style that suits his hair. Conner was fantastic! He did exactly that! He taught my son the proper way to dry and style his hair to get the look he wants. When he was done with his hair Taylor cleaned up his eyebrows. It’s a nice atmosphere and everyone is super friendly. They keep it clean and take the extra time to make sure everything is sanitized.
