Absolutely loved working with Alexandria! I’ve been waiting to book with her for a long time and I’m so glad we finally made it happen. I showed her one inspiration photo and she already knew what I wanted. Chopped off 6+ inches of my hair and it looks amazing! The color turned out just right, I was so ready for a new look! She really is “the blonde slayer”

I went to Alexandria a few years back and she did an awesome job. I wasn’t going to post a review but this time around I left disappointed. My hair was really yellow after which is weird because she said she toned it. Second of all alot of my family and friends noticed the back and was still my dark blonde and not all lightened. I needed to go to another stylist to fix all the random banding going on. There were many bands of orange streaks throughout my hair. I couldnt wear my hair for months until I could get it fixed and was embarassing wearing it down. The picture is after I toned it myself to make it decent and the banding in the middle is just one of many spots. I spent $410 to get my hair ruined and then have to go somewhere else to fix her quick botched up job. And the cost has significantly gone up with how the service is done now. She rushes and makes your hair all different bands of colors and uneven. Keep in mind I’m a natural blonde and have no idea how she messed up so bad. She doesn’t even care to reach out and make it right. I can only afford to do my hair a few times a year and because of this I had to save up again to fix my hair. Also I drove almost 1.5 hours to the salon. So messed up and unprofessional she should be ashamed! I say it’s not worth it. Won’t be coming back.

My experience here with Alexandria was awesome and my hair looks AMAZING! Honestly the best blonding/balayage I’ve had in years! It’s the first time in so long that I was actually shocked and almost speechless at how good my hair looked. After going to other “high end” salons and being underwhelmed every time, I’m so happy I found someone who knows her stuff, and she’s quick too! Alex is super sweet and a pleasure to talk with too. Left her salon feeling brand new and in love with my hair. She definitely gained a regular client for the future

The care and professionalism here goes a long way. I would recommend this studio in a heartbeat. The negative reviews are a result of bullying behavior. This establishment is nothing but amazing. The service I had done for my blond hair turned out better than I could have imagined. No orange, hair was treated with keratin. If my hair stylist wasn’t on maternity leave I would make this my new home.

Spent over almost $900 for a a couple balayage appts because I thought my colorist specialized in curly hair which I don’t think she does. It doesn’t come out even if you want to straighten it. I would not recommend if you have curly or long hair, I wasted so much money for it to come out soooooo uneven it hurts. The middle section of my hair pic is not a shadow but bad work. Multiple friends asked me why I did what I did to ruin my hair. If you have thin or blonde hair you may have a better experience here. Just wanted to warn people with different texture hair before they pay what they do at this salon because it is pricy for the quality of work.

I went to Ashley for a cut and all over color and she did a phenomenal job. I showed her one photo of the color I wanted and she absolutely nailed it. The space is clean and comfortable and the conversation was even better. Highly recommend!!
