Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDidn’t even get the chance to see how well they do hair because I had an appointment at 1:30 and ended up waiting an hr and 15mins after my appointment. She still wasn’t done even after waited for so long. Wasted my time and my hair never got done. Definitely put me in a bad mood for the remainder of my day.
