I was in a bind and needed to purchase some bundles in a hurry because of some trash hair I had previously purchased from another vendor. I called and the owner was soo nice, friendly, and extremely helpful with my dilemma. Customer service and professionalism goes a long way with me and that’s EXACTLY what I got. Now this hair… OMG, it is soo good! My stylist even was raving about the hair as she was sewing it in. I have been getting nothing but compliments since I got my install on Saturday. I got 3 (20 inch bundles) and 18 inch 5×5 closure in body wave. The closure knots were already bleached. The hair was the exact length I ordered and I always measure it. Her bundles are FULL from top to bottom. No shedding at all, the hair holds a curl very well, and it has body! This is great quality hair and her prices are very reasonable. I definitely will be purchasing some more hair ASAP! Do yourself a favor and just buy these bundles and closures. I swear you won’t be disappointed.

PLEASE READ!!! THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP DOES NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WELL AND IS EXTREMELY RUDE! I was referred to her by someone via social media. So I contacted her via social media for an appointment. She had little to say and referred me “styleseat” for all questions. That came off to me alil weird but I understand running a business can get chaotic at times. On there she had a special for NEW clients $95 sew-ins. So that’s what I picked because I indeed was a NEW client getting a sew-in. She charges a $10 late fee if 10 mins or more late, respectable. So I gets there alil before time. She gets someone to braid my hair up. In that process she asked to see my hair. There I have 4 bundles and a closure. She touches the hair and everything. She states ok. Braids ALL of my hair up. So she CLEARLY knows I’m getting a closure. I had a 12:30pm appointment. She’s finishing up a sew-in while I’m waiting already braided up. She gets done around 3ish this other person. But charges a $10 late fee. OK. THEN comes to me and say “I didn’t know you were getting a closure. I charge $170 for closures installments.” I said I’ve been sitting here for hours with my hair braided up, have to be to work at 5pm and you’re just now coming to me about getting a closure? She basically said it’s $170. Then when I said ok, I’ll pay that she then say she’s going to take the next person that was waiting because she’s only getting a “wash & curl”. I’m like HUH? No, that can’t happen I have to go to work and I had a 12:30p appointment. She then states basically she’s not going to be able to do my hair because she has to pick up her daughter. So I say to her my hair is braided up completely, I have to be to work in 2 hours, and my appointment was for 3 hours ago. Why didn’t you been communicate this?? This is extremely unprofessional. She says to me “YOU’RE NOT GOING TO STOP ME FROM GETTING MONEY. I got clients I don’t need your money!” But charged me $50 for my hair getting braided up! AND processed to do the person that was booked AFTER ME hair. I’m all for supporting young black businesses, especially women. All for it however, this experience right here is why they don’t last. These young girls feels you owe them something and have this sense of entitlement for whatever reason. She’s NASTY, ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL.

If there was a rating of less than 1 star….she would be getting it. How do you tell someone to be there at a certain time….called an appointment…..and then have them wait 3 hours to get there hair done because you are working on someone else’s head. Then turn around and tell them you can”t do their hair. The first thing she should have done was….to make sure someone brings the right hair and to make sure their hair is long enough to be braided. VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL!!!! A hair stylist should know how long it takes to do someone’s hair and schedule other people accordingly!! Never again will anyone I know give her any business. Beware of unprofessional sylists!!!
