The shop was very nice and clean. However it was my first time going to this particular stylist. I asked for hi lites and she put hi lites in my hair with out using foil. I asked her to use foil because my hair is long and she stated I would love the way it turns out. That’s was the first red flag. She put me under the dryer for a few then she took me to the bowl then I went back under the dryer and I asked why am I going back and forth. She said something about it makes the color pop but trust me you will love it. Second red flag. After she finished with my hair it looked ok I told her the front of my hair was too bright and she said come back in 3 weeks and I will tone it down. After being in the sun for a few days I noticed my hair looked like she just put color everywhere and it looked like a mess. I went back up there and I showed the owner how my hair looked. The owner looked at me down her nose but she did offer to correct it and apologized. I decided not to go back because the lack of professionalism and I didn’t like how the owner looked at me.

I was overcharged, went in for a simple roller set, not only was my hair not smooth on the rollers but hair was coming off the sides of the rollers, my stylist the owner said well your hair wasn’t smooth. I’ve gotten roller sets for 30 years and never had this problem. $50 for a roller set is also not a fair price.
