House of Glam [viki] is absolutely the most talented nail artist I’ve ever been to. I haven’t gotten acrylic nails in years due to my nail beds growing upward from years of biting my nails. She knew exactly how to make them look as natural as possible and exceeded my expectations. I will be back again and recommending her to all.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’m not even going to go on about all the unprofessionalism that goes on here or what exactly happened this time. I’m just here to say I went to her for a while & will never go to her again nor will my mom or little sister. She very fake, talks about her customers while ppl are there getting serviced. She has an extremely small selection of colors & doesn’t do designs good probably because she doesn’t like doing anything challenging. She never purchases new colors to give customers new options. She stops all the time in the middle of doing services to eat or talk on the phone or to whoever she has hanging around the salon. This is a very unprofessional ran business. On top of it all she’s really expensive. I’ve spent way too much money here.. always tipped great. Not worth going to or dealing w/ ppl like this at all. There are wayyy better nail techs out here that you won’t have any issues w/ … Vicky needs serious help & guidance running this business because she will never stay in business running things the way she does. My daughter Lauren loves the House of Glam. They have amazing artists that work on her nail designs. Very friendly and always accomadating. Only advice is to call a few days ahead for an appointment they are very busy.

This place is AWESOME! Tough customer rules make for an incredibly special environment. The work is second to NONE. No kids allowed, no walk ins….and, because their work is so special, no tardiness allowed! I love it!! This place is pretty much popular by word of mouth. They are THAT good. Upon walking in you are greeted by a beautiful full length mirror front desk, color station and small seating area, where you can choose your color and get ready for a relaxing nail session. Appointments are hard to get at first due to the great work and high clientele but once your in you are golden!!! My nail technician is Damaris, she is very professional and communicates efficiently! My nails are always pristine upon exiting and last lonnnng <3 Attention to detail and beautiful designs will be brought to your hand, the pricing is not unreasonable and the ambiance is great! The tv will always have something that will keep women engaged and able to laugh with one another. The pedicure stations are lavish and i always get the regular pedi which is perfect for me although they have a Jelly pedi option(you do need to step up significantly higher than other places so take note if you have any injuries permitting this)

They do great nails, I started with one of the nail techs prior to her transitioning into this shop. I was amazed at how beautiful the space was, it was calm and quiet. I appreciated the flexibility with my nail tech prior to, we all know businesses have policies that tend to change with growth, and that is understood. But as time went on I grew displeased.. I was alway on time but my tech was not…phone use at time of service was a bit much and then became overwhelming, conversation shortened and flexibility depreciated.
