Just as I went in a customer was just finished. A really young black guy on the right with burgundy colored jewel in his cheek said he could cut my hair. He was polite and he asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted the back and sides faded. I got the worst fade I ever got in my life!! In less than ten minutes. I did give him a $5.00 tip.

Critical: ProfessionalismI sat there for 40 minutes before it was my turn to get my haircut. I was the only person waiting. Three people total were working and only one person was cutting hair. The manager seen me waiting the entire time as he walks around chatting. The manager asked me if I was ok to waiting unless I was in a hurry. I booked the appointment prior to coming in. And I waited 20 mins to be seen. So unfortunately I didn’t receive a haircut due to time conflict. I genuinely thought appointments where the agreed upon time between the person getting serviced and the company preforming said service. I counted on this place for a quick haircut because in my profession my image is very important. It’s a good spot to watch the game or to get some work done because you’ll have plenty of time to wait. But for those who have a busy schedule and for those who are looking for a more professional setting I will not recommend House of Fadez.

Made an appointment with Daniel at 2, starting getting my haircut at 1:57. Showed him pics and he asked questions and got a great cut exactly how I wanted. They use razors unlike chain haircut places so definitely a plus in my book.
