She was very understanding and explained everything step by step and recommend different brands of cleansers and moisturizers that would be good for my skin type. My skin was going through it and it was very hard to get my skin back to a baseline on my own. Darlene is very knowledgeable about skin and skin care and is constantly growing in her mastery by staying informed on the latest and getting certified in new techniques/etc. This is one of the reasons I trust Darlene, she is passionate about what she does and continues to evolve.
