We take a chance…I like the owner so I pay her to wash and curl my hair. Oh and line me up. My hair is thin and she use a pressing cream that is great on my hair. I can say that she care and will correct her work. Before scheduling info her that you have a time frame or expect to be there a while. Mrs Smith can help with hair growth..

I had a pleasant experience at the house of Elegance. Very clean and the hospitality was awesome. I came in for a haircut and I got just that. Vesha can cut some hair. My hair is not easy to cut it’s thin soft and fine she did a excellent job. I highly recommend. House of Elegance.

Worst lace front Installation ever. I thought everything was ok looking from a distance since she didn’t really give me a close up look at my hair. Man was I wrong went home looked at my hair close up in my bathroom mirror. I first noticed she cutt my baby hairs off my lace front and cut straight across. She left glue on my ear and around my neck and back of my ear. She left glue like on my side burns and in my lace front. She didn’t even clean it up. My lace front looked horrible worst job ever. She was so unprofessional doing my hair. She even had me wait for 3 hours and than rushed my Installation. She than charged me a overpriced $93 and she jacked up my head. I had to go to the store buy lace glue removal to clean around my edges, side burns and the back of my neck. I also had to buy got to be glue to fix the front of my lace front and bought holding gel to lay down baby hairs I had to make on the lace front. Never will I ever go back to this ratchet no good unprofessional hot mess of cosmetology. If I could give a 0 rating I so would. Do not recommend anyone to go here for a lace front Installation.

I made an appoint for 3pm and when i got there her 9am appointment was still be tended too. There was also her 1pm appointment waiting as well. She did not even call and tell me she was behind. There was no point in making an appointment. They were unprofessional and just seemed like they were doing hair at their house or something. I had to drive to another hair salon to get my hair done before work. I had called the lady too, telling her I was going to be late and yet she still didnt tell me she was behing by alot.

I have had service at ten or more salons in Stockton… I can honestly say this is the best. This woman knows hair and she is not all about the dollar. She the owner is a professional. I recommend this salon to anyone who wants professional hair care and todays latest hair styles.

It’s been a while since I been back there, but if I have to say a while back when I went to school at the Stockton adult school. I almost thought to pass this place up, and thought that I should walk in and get a trim on my dead ins. Best trim ever which included washing and blow out for only 60.00! Plan to go back and get a weave installment.
