My daughter and I visited this shop to test out a new barber. It was so bad that I am writing this review. First: the quality of what was done was great. Unfortunately, It wasn’t what either of us wanted. We came in for haircuts, but instead received shapeups. Not once were a pair of scissors involved. We didn’t have to wait for our scheduled appointment, but the shapeups took over an hour each. My daughter and I don’t have long hair to begin with, so this was annoying to say the least. I was also given beard maintenance even though I didn’t ask for it. The underside of my jaw line is uneven, as is my mustache; I shaved it off this morning. Both my daughter and I received several cuts each, mine related to the beard maintenance and hers on her head. The other barber handled 5 customers in the time it took for us to get our hair “cut.” At the end of our cuts, the barber applied hairspray, generously, to one spot on each of our heads. When it came time to pay, I was charged for the Men’s Haircut and “beard,” though my eyebrows were never touched (included in the Men’s Haircut). This will be my only experience with this particular establishment.
